Raisin Puree Specifications

California Dried Fruit Company’s Raisin Puree is processed to include both the meat and the skin of the fruit, giving the product maximum bulk and texture.  Raisin Puree can be pumped and poured as delivered.  Replaces raisin paste and removes the expense of cutting, melting or mixing.  Other benefits are:

An innovative, cost effective replacement for raisin paste.  A smooth textured puree, with small quantities of raisin skins.  Raisin Puree can be poured and pumped as delivered.
