Cinnamon Raisin Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
1 ½ cup sugar ½ cup butter (softened) ½ cup shortening 2 eggs 2 ¾ cups flour 2 teaspoons cream of tartar 1 teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ cup sugar 2 teaspoons sugar ½ cup California Dried Fruit Raisin Cinnamon Spread

Preparations
Preheat oven to 400℉ Mix sugar, butter, shortening, and eggs. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Shape dough into balls. Mix cinnamon and sugar, roll balls into mixture. Place 2’’ inches apart on a floured pan. Use thumb to create a pocket in the dough balls. Fill the pocket with about ½ a teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of California Dried Fruit Raisin Cinnamon Spread. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
