Midway farms Dried Plum Butter is a unique, completely homogeneous, nutritious ingredient, topping or spread, 100% natural and containing no artificial sweeteners. Our Plum Butter is made exclusively from the meat of the plum, skins removed, resulting in a smooth, soft, butter-like texture that can be poured or pumped as delivered.
Ingredients: 100% Dried California Plums (Prunes); potassium sorbate added as a preservative.
